Returns the list of blockchain networks currently supported by the Cielo API. The list is the authoritative source for the chains query parameter used across endpoints such as /api/v1/feed and the WebSocket subscribe_feed / subscribe_wallet commands — any value not in this list will be rejected with 400 invalid chain.
